Know our executives

In 2015, Frank became the Director of the R&K Solutions office in Alexandria, Virginia. Prior to joining the R&K team in 2001, Frank had served a full career as a Marine Corps Officer. He has documented success in supervisory and executive positions in logistics, operations management, and facilities management. During his tenure with R&K, he has supervised numerous projects and programs for our clients and has executive management responsibilities in operations, growth, and staff development for multiple sectors of the firm. In 2019, Frank was named Chief Executive Officer of R&K Solutions. Frank earned his Bachelor's degree in Science; Concentration in Natural Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Nichols is the Vice President of Client Services. Before being named a Vice President, Michael was an Assistant Director at the R&K Solutions office in Roanoke, Virginia. During his tenure with the company, he has worked in a wide range of areas including product management, project management, network and systems administration, marketing, and sales. Prior to joining R&K in 1999, Michael worked for several startup firms in the Blacksburg, Virginia area, providing support to Federal, State, and Commercial clients. He earned his Master's degree in Business Administration with an Information Security Concentration from James Madison University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Information Technology, Decision Support Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.

Sandra Reyburn is the Vice President of Human Capital.  Since joining R&K in 2019, Sandra has held key roles including Executive Assistant to the CEO at the R&K Solutions Office in Roanoke, Virginia.  During her tenure at R&K, she has gained broad exposure to all facets of the company.  She is a proponent of initiatives that foster employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture.  Prior to her career at R&K, Sandra worked in the field of education and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
