R&K, teamed with PSS and Dan Wheeler Associates, has been awarded a five year contract to provide Real Property support to the, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Headquarters, Installation Policy Division. R&K will be providing functional support in a number of different areas including general facility management issues, Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) actions, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and an evaluation of maintenance management systems.

R&K will also be providing systems support in maintaining three applications, the DLA-Real Property Reconciliation Tool (RPRT), the Facility Management System (FMS) tool and the Sustainment, Renovation and Modernization (SRM) tool. DLA-RPRT, which R&K developed for DLA, was identified by the Department of Defense Comptroller as a "Best Practice" for real property audits.
