This effort represents Phase 2 of a 3 Phase Master Plan, where Phase 2 is to develop an installation master plan for RTLS based on the recommendations from Phase 1, completed in 2007. R&K will be analyzing range and facility requirements and assisting in the development of site plans for new ranges and training facilities at RTLS.
