R&K was selected by WHS to assist them in the establishment of a Real Property program for their organization. WHS has been designated a land holding agency under US Code Title 10 and now joins the Military Departments (MILDEP) in that respect. R&K's support will include establishment of a real property inventory using the Army's IFS as the inventory tool; development of procedures to capture Capital Improvements in the Pentagon's renovation program, supporting the lease program for the National Capital Region (NCR); and developing proposed real property policy and procedures for use by WHS. Additionally, R&K will provide support to WHS in providing RPI and facility forecast data to OSD, GSA, and the Federal Real Property Council (FRPC). This challenging task was awarded to R&K in recognition of the fact that we are the industry leader in providing real property support to the Federal Government.
