R&K Engineering was selected to provide support to the Construction Facility Management Office (CFMO) of the Kentucky Army National Guard, Frankfort, Kentucky in the development of Real Property Master Plans (RPMP) of key Installations, and validation of Real Property Inventory (RPI) assets located at Armories throughout the State.

R&K will prepare Real Property Master Plans (RPMP) for the Artemus Training Area, Frankfort Boone NG HQ and WH Ford Regional Training Center (including Hidden Valley LTA). R&K will conduct investigations and visits to each site to obtain information required in the preparation of the RPMPs.

R&K will also conduct surveys of Kentucky Army National Guard RPI assets located on 58 sites throughout the State. R&K will validate the PRIDE database information by various methods to include physical measurements, visual inspection, graphic materials, and staff interviews. Results of this survey will be a Validation Report that highlights differences between the PRIDE database and the validation results.
